• It may take up to two weeks before your order is shipped, although we usually get things out much quicker. I will contact you if your order is taking longer than expected, and you are always welcome to a refund at any time. We offer many options, which requires units to sometimes be built on demand.
• You are responsible for customs, duties, and any other fees required by your government. Please be aware that this can be significant in some countries.
• Shipping is calculated during checkout, and we use the USPS (United States Postal Service) exclusively. Please contact me  if you would like to use a different shipping method or pick up the product directly in Elk Grove, CA. Carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx run about 3x to 4x more expensive than USPS due to our low volume.
